1. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and RewardsGain. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You may not use the platform if doing so would violate applicable law or any restriction that applies to you.
We may require identity, contact, age, location, payment, or other verification before allowing access to particular features. We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe verification cannot be completed or platform integrity may be at risk.
2. Account Registration and Security
- One person may maintain only the account(s) expressly permitted by RewardsGain.
- Your name, email, phone number, country, and other registration information must be truthful and current.
- You are responsible for protecting passwords, verification codes, devices, and sessions associated with your account.
- You must not sell, rent, transfer, share, or otherwise provide your account to another person without written authorization.
- We may use phone, email, IP, device, browser, behavioral, and transaction signals to detect duplicate, abusive, automated, or suspicious accounts.
3. Tasks, Surveys, Offers, and Reward Activities
RewardsGain may provide tasks, surveys, advertisements, learning activities, offers, referrals, or other earning opportunities. Availability, eligibility, reward amounts, completion requirements, and third-party provider rules may change at any time.
A displayed opportunity does not guarantee approval or payment. A reward becomes payable only after the applicable completion, validation, review, and approval requirements have been satisfied. We may reject or reverse a reward where a task was incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, invalid, manipulated, generated by prohibited automation, or otherwise inconsistent with the task rules.
Third-party offers are subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices. RewardsGain does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, performance, or continued operation of any third-party service.
4. Wallets, Rewards, Credits, and Ledger Adjustments
Your RewardsGain wallet balance is an internal platform balance used according to the rules of the applicable wallet. A balance displayed on screen is not, by itself, a guarantee that the amount is finally payable or withdrawable.
To protect the platform and maintain accurate financial records, RewardsGain may correct, reverse, hold, freeze, or deduct credits or wallet amounts when there is a reasonable basis to believe the balance resulted from a technical error, duplicate credit, invalid transaction, chargeback, unauthorized activity, fraud, abuse, manipulation, policy violation, or other accounting discrepancy. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice and an explanation after review.
We may also place a temporary hold on funds or rewards while investigating suspicious activity, disputed transactions, verification issues, task validity, referral abuse, payment reversals, or other financial risks. A review may delay withdrawal processing.
We maintain transaction and audit records. We do not promise that an erroneous or improperly obtained credit will remain available merely because it appeared in a wallet or transaction history.
5. Withdrawals and Payment Review
Withdrawal requests are subject to the current minimums, limits, verification requirements, available balance, payment-method rules, fraud controls, and review procedures shown by the platform.
- We may delay, reject, reverse, or cancel a withdrawal where information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, duplicated, disputed, or inconsistent with platform records.
- We may request additional verification before releasing funds.
- Processing times can depend on internal review and external payment providers.
- Fees, network charges, provider charges, or other applicable costs may be deducted where disclosed or permitted.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, networks, outages, incorrect recipient information, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
You must not manipulate tasks, submit false proof, use bots or unauthorized automation, create accounts to circumvent limits, exploit technical vulnerabilities, fabricate referrals, interfere with tracking, use stolen or unauthorized payment information, reverse-engineer restricted systems, or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards unfairly.
We may investigate suspected abuse using account activity, device information, IP information, task submissions, transaction history, referral relationships, timing patterns, and other relevant signals. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with payment providers, service providers, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorized parties where appropriate.
7. Suspension, Restriction, and Account Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably determine that the account or its activity creates a security, financial, legal, operational, or platform-integrity risk, or violates these Terms or task-specific rules.
Examples include suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, referral abuse, fake proof, payment disputes, unauthorized access, abusive behavior, manipulation, prohibited automation, material misrepresentation, or repeated violations.
When appropriate, we may destroy active sessions, restrict withdrawals, hold disputed balances, remove invalid rewards, or preserve records for investigation. Account termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature should continue after termination.
8. Referral and Promotional Programs
Referral bonuses, promotional credits, coupons, or similar incentives are conditional benefits, not guaranteed income. We may impose eligibility rules, anti-abuse controls, time limits, caps, and verification requirements. Rewards may be withheld or reversed when the qualifying activity is cancelled, invalidated, duplicated, or associated with prohibited behavior.
9. User Content and Proof
Where a task requires screenshots, URLs, text, files, or other proof, you must submit genuine and relevant evidence. You must have the right to submit any material you upload and must not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material.
We may store, review, moderate, restrict, or remove proof and related content to operate the platform, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce task requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
The RewardsGain name, branding, software, interface, designs, text, graphics, systems, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, modified, republished, sold, or exploited without authorization, except where the law expressly permits it.
11. Availability, Changes, and Service Limits
We may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features, task categories, reward rates, limits, payment methods, eligibility rules, or other platform functionality. We may perform maintenance or security work that temporarily affects availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Nothing in these Terms creates a promise of a particular income level, number of tasks, reward amount, or withdrawal frequency.
12. Taxes and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for determining and meeting any tax, reporting, registration, or other legal obligations that apply to you in your jurisdiction. RewardsGain does not provide personal tax or legal advice.
13. Disclaimers
The platform and its services are provided subject to availability and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardsGain disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages, network failures, payment-provider failures, malicious attacks, force majeure events, or inaccurate information supplied by a user.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RewardsGain and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of expected rewards, business interruption, data loss, or third-party service failures. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the platform, law, payment systems, security requirements, or business practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the service and the user's use of it, subject to mandatory consumer or other legal protections that cannot be waived. Disputes should first be raised with RewardsGain so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve them.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms, together with applicable task rules and policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of RewardsGain.
